Our Suites

Four units to a floor assure easy access to main and service elevators and a feeling of cohesion. The plan where only one wall touches another suite assures a quiet living environment. All units have double or triple exposure – more efficient for using breezes to cool. Supplies of heat and electricity are plentiful; emergency generator operates power to the common areas in case of electric stoppage.

BIG spaces, great views in all of the four main floor plans. Over the years, unit owners have renovated their suites as they desired, often creating large open spaces or two smaller rooms or opening walls for enlarging kitchens. Others have kept the original suite plans. Units have both front and back hall entrances, at least two bathrooms, lots of closet space and assigned storage space in the lower levels of the towers. Suite sizes range from 1,500 square feet to nearly 2,000 square feet.

Suites offers views of downtown, the airport, Shaker Heights green vistas, the lake to the north; great views all — perfect for watching fireworks on the Fourth of July or New Year’s Eve.
