About Shaker Towers

Ideally located to support an active urban lifestyle, Shaker Towers condominium is home for 91 families who enjoy two- and three- bedroom suites and a level of service equaled by very few Cleveland area condominiums.  Suites offer multiple views, and rooms are spacious, airy and bright.  Common spaces are well appointed and very carefully maintained, including our community Suite 110 and excercise room. 

There is a large, two-level garage attached to the residential towers, staffed by service-oriented attendants, 24/7.  Package delivery, car washes, routine automotive assistance and minor maintenance services in your suite are all available.  And how many buildings can you name where attendants rinse the ice and snow from your car when you enter the garage?  Our staff does, all day and all night, all winter long.

MAINTENANCE

Shaker Towers is operated by a condominium board of owners that oversees management and sets policies.  An on-site manager supervises the staff and communicates regularly with residents.  The building is handicap-accessible and small pets are welcome.

Behind the towers are dozens of individually maintained gardens surrounding a spacious, common grassy terrace — a real treasure for many owner-gardeners, who enjoy keeping their hands in the soil, and for those who enjoy the flowers without the work. A pleasant spot for all to relax on a summer day.

We have our privacy but we are not alone.
